The April Wiki Wednesday saw a return to the normal levels of attendance. 5:30pm saw Ward, Mark, Geoff, and kotra sitting around the table at AboutUs, talking about plagiarism of Wikipedia, Manos: The Hands of Fate, travels, DavisWiki, and other topics. Soon we were joined by Teresa and Dave, and we discussed long-term viability of wikis in general, Deletionism on Wikipedia, methods to build PortlandWiki, Google Fiber, new hosting for PortlandWiki, and finally, the PortlandWiki logo.

Of the latter, we showed the current candidates (visible at http://portlandwiki.org/PortlandWiki:Logo) and fairly quickly came to a consensus decision on #3 (http://portlandwiki.org/File:PortlandWiki_logo_v3_paths.svg). This brings to a close months of very sporadic work on the logo, and will finally result in the new logo being put up on PortlandWiki within a few days (as soon as the author gets off his lazy ass).

Doughnuts from Voodoo doughnut were consumed, and were messy.

At 7pm, all six dispersed.
